COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
Report conditions, not people.
DirtyTable exists to document cleanliness conditions at places selling or serving food.
Good reports include:
- The correct food establishment and location.
- The approximate date of the visit.
- Photographs of the actual condition.
- A factual description of what the reporter personally observed.
- Whether staff or management were informed.
Do not post:
- Photographs of people using a restroom.
- Threats or harassment.
- Unrelated personal information.
- Claims about things you did not personally observe.
- Material intended to target individual employees.
Independent confirmations
"I Was There Too" confirmations are separate observations from other community members. They provide additional evidence but do not automatically create a health-code violation or government finding.
Moderation
Reports, confirmations, follow-ups and establishment responses are reviewed before publication.
